(Efter Lettlands självständighetsförklaring den 21 augusti
1991 från det sönderfallande kommunistiska
Sovjetväldet /Sovjetunionen och kommunismen föll
1991-1992 och Sovjetunionen upplöstes formellt den
8 december 1991/ behövde Lettland för uppbyggnaden
av sin suveränitet och i förhandlingarna om tillbaka-
dragande av de sovjetiska trupperna folkrättslig expertis.

1995-2010 Forskat,
arbetat med samt skrivit tio böcker/artiklar om
Västergötland och de äldre västgötasläkternas historia
och förhållanden. Böckerna/artiklarna är historisk-arkeo-
logiska- heraldiska-genealogiska

as Chief Legal Adviser in International law. I am convinced that a
firmer Swedish policy towards this totalitarian state would have con-
tributed to the fall of the Soviet Union and the Communism much earlier
than 1991-1992, when the system actually disintegrated and just fell

(After Latvia’s Declaration of Independence on 21 August 1991
from the disintegrating Communist Soviet Union /the Soviet

was formally dissolved on 8 December 1991/ Latvia needed
